Our client, a specialized construction company in Montgomery Philadelphia, is seeking to hire a Director of Safety to join their team. The successful candidate must be OSHA 30 certified, be able and willing to travel on short notice and should be able to juggle many tasks at once.
Responsibilities
Facilitate health and safety training
Leading safety initiatives
Maintain a presence at work sites to perform regular inspections to identify and report any workplace hazards and/or accident prevention
Manage accident/incident investigations to determine root cause, insure corrective action(s) have been implemented and proper closure is obtained
Ensure smooth flow and proper filing of paperwork and due diligence
Qualifications
OSHA 30 certified
Bachelors Degree
Spanish is an asset
