Clinic Manager – Mental Health

Our Concord based client is a rapidly growing mental health clinic, providing breakthrough treatment to those struggling with depression, anxiety & OCD. Their dedicated staff deliver the highest quality of care through innovation, technology, and is committed to providing a superior experience. They are looking for skilled, compassionate, and caring Clinic Manager to join their growing team.

The Clinic Manager is responsible for the oversight of the daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the clinic. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving practice performance, leading people, and enhancing the patient experience with opportunities for future growth.

Responsibilities:
Run the Clinic – Responsible for the smooth operation of the clinic, making sure everyone is communicating and on the same page (patients, family, techs and doctors). Ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Solve problems. Troubleshoot.

Lead the staff – Ensure everyone’s doing their job, motivate, oversee, help them reach their full potential. Schedule the staff, coordinate vacations and sick days. Implement systems for training, motivating etc. Partner with senior management on hiring and training. Implement key company programs, policies, and procedures in collaboration with the leadership team.

Organize & Improve the Clinic – In charge of systems and routines (Charting, On Boarding patients, training staff, Policies (late / cancellations, problem patients). Record everything in the SOP Manual.
Patient Experience & Care – Display a patient-first orientation and lead by example, holding the team accountable for delivering optimal patient care. Implement a proactive system from onboarding to offboarding, as well as responding to issues that arise. Resolve patient’s and their family’s concerns. Investigate complaints, and effectively resolve conflicts.

Reception – Welcome patients. Answer phone calls and emails from patients, families and staff. Patient Scheduling. Billing.
Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ managerial experience in medical/clinical practice.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Broad knowledge of medical practice processes and workflows (scheduling, financial, and treatment coordination).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Demonstrated experience with leading, coaching, and developing teams.
• Willingness to work varied hours to align with business needs.
