Recruiting For Less – You Our Windsor roofing client, has been serving Northern Colorado for over 25 years. They are looking for a Junior Sheetmetal Project Manager/Estimator to join their team.

The Junior Sheet Metal Project Manager/Estimator supports and assists the Senior Sheet Metal Project Manager/Estimator with estimating and managingJunior the construction process from start to finish. The Junior Sheet Metal Project Manager/Estimator will also be responsible for the successful sales and completion of some sheet metal projects as assigned by General Manager.

Role and Responsibilities
Estimation:
• Assist Senior PM with potential customers to assess needs
• Review potential projects to gather data for estimate, noting measurements, product requirements and other opportunities within the project
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals to Senior PM
• Assist Senior PM with submittals and drawings
Customer Relations:
• Assist Senior PM as directed and needed
• Communicate all changes to the Senior PM
Project Management:
• Assist Senior PM as directed and needed
• Source appropriate product and order materials
• Coordinate with Metal Superintendent with the schedule for the installation crews as needed
• Communicate with General Manager, Senior PM, and Superintendent regularly
• Manage the various aspects of the job including scheduling and change orders
• Receive information from the field and make appropriate adjustments to the job
• Maintain organization throughout the job

Qualifications
Construction experience is required and commercial roofing experience helpful. An acceptable motor vehicle record and drug test is necessary.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Be able to read construction plans and specifications
• Knowledge of Internet communications software
