SharePoint Developer

The ideal candidate must possess 5-ish years experience in working within a Microsoft technology environment specifically – It will be both Support as well as Sharepoint coding plus there will be some development work in Power Automate. SQL Server experience is a nice to have but not a requirement, etc. as well as a working knowledge of network, telecom and A/V systems.

Where the candidate lacks specific skill areas, they can demonstrate the ability and desire to learn and broaden their technical expertise to serve the business across a broad spectrum of IT related areas.

Someone who has experience running small projects: Setting schedules and managing to those; tracking tasks and escalating when deadlines missed, etc.

someone who has some MS Administration experience like server management end-user support.

Requirements Analyst – Someone who can understand the business need, document the need as specific, written requirements and work with developers to ensure they are building to what is needed.
