The successful candidate will work on various internal IT projects and external client facing eDiscovery projects.
Responsibilities:
-Monitor and Manage IT Infrastructure, including Firewalls, Servers, Desktops, Laptops, O365
-Manage Software Upgrades, including Windows Patch Management; eDiscovery Platforms Upgrades; Firewalls Firmware Updates; and Software License Management
-Support External Client projects as part of a Team completing assignments as required.
-Work both on-site and off-site where necessary to facilitate the projects being worked on.
-Maintain task tracking records in relation to any client project(s)
-Development and documentation of standards and all impacts to process being followed.
-Participate in Marketing initiatives, as presenter, or support to sales team.
-Maintain certifications as required.
Qualifications:
-Computer Science Degree, or College Diploma in a Computer Related Field
-Must be able to work Independently with minimal supervision
-Documentation and Communication Skills a must
-Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of software (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook)
-IT: Office 365 User Administration
-IT: Microsoft Windows AD / Microsoft IIS / Microsoft SQL Server Administration, Solarwinds Application and Infrastructure Monitoring
-IT: Firewall Configuration / Security Awareness / FTP / DNS / etc.
-IT: Hard Drive Imaging / Computer Repair and Maintenance Experience (A+ Certification and other Forensic/Imaging Tools experiences an asset)
-eDiscovery Data Collection experience an asset
-Understanding of eDiscovery Principles or experience in a Legal/Law Firm environment an asset.
-Familiarity with ISO 27002 and other IT Management Frameworks (ISO, COBIT, etc)
-Ability to manage multiple ongoing priorities within deadlines
-Must own vehicle with valid G driver’s license
