HVAC Sales Engineer

Recruiting For Less – Our client is a leading Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio HVAC service provider for data centres and other critical power & commercial systems. They are looking for an HVAC Sales Engineer to join their growing team in Neenah.

As a critical piece of our technical sales business, you will be given the opportunity to develop your skills through hands-on experience, coaching and mentoring from our outside sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and specification review
• Conceptualize solutions and prepare quotations
• Submittal preparation
• Order execution
• Aid in the preparation and execution of project proposals
• Solutions advocate for our manufacturers
• Customer application assistance of the equipment we represent
• Monitor and communicate project status to sales team
• Project management

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in HVAC service or related field
• A customer focused, positive attitude and the ability to quickly adapt to change.
• Proven organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
• Communicates effectively in person, over the phone, and via email
• Proven ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team

Compensation: 65 – 75k, benefits
