Responsibilities:
Proactively build the commercial sales project pipeline supplying our established North American wide sales and distribution network
Develop an understanding of competitors/competitive products and utilize this knowledge to develop solution-based submissions
Ability to read and evaluate blueprints
Customer service responsibilities as it applies to order scheduling, deficiencies, and project management
Participate in trade shows and manufacturers events
Relocation to the Niagara region is mandatory, relocation assistance will be made available
Qualifications:
Experience in the architectural walls industry is mandatory – applicants not meeting this criteria will not be considered
3-5 years commercial and industrial market segment experience, experience in sales an asset
Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and meet key deadlines, and to work as an individual within a team environment
Excellent oral, written and verbal presentation skills
Good software skills, including MS Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp (preferred)
Achievement oriented and success driven
Ability to understand customer needs and requirements
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
