Architectural Designer – Residential

Recruiting For Less – Our client, a leading residential home design firm is looking for a Residential Architectural Designer to join their team. Our client believes in creating the most livable, build-able, and cost-effective home designs for home buyers, custom builders, and production builders throughout the USA and Canada. The ideal candidate for this position should have experience designing homes with Revit, AutoCAD, and hand sketching.

Responsibilities:
-Initiate and create architectural designs from concept through to design development
-Successfully collaborate with project managers through design process to achieve alignment with client requirements
-Produce CAD drawings, renderings, layouts and colour boards for specific architectural design
-Produce drawings and specifications that have been outlined by the client
-Presentation and progress reporting

Qualifications:
-2+ years experience in home design

-Must be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and hand sketching
-Highly organized and detail oriented; proven track record of meeting deadlines

Compensation:
-45-50k
