The successful candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, be willing to travel 20-30% of the time and have experience within both the construction and recruitment fields.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and recruit qualified individuals for the job
• Screen resumes, interview candidates
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications
• Performing reference and background checks
• Support with other HR functions
Qualifications:
• 3 years recruiting experience
• Experience in construction
• Must be bilingual – English & Spanish
• Willing to travel 20-30% of the time
