Recruiting For Less – Personal Lines Broker
Our Concord-based client, a leading independent insurance brokerage is in need of a RIBO Licensed Personal Lines Broker to provide exceptional customer service to their customers seeking Personal Lines insurance products. The successful candidate is a highly motivated individual with previous Personal Lines customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
· Provide professional customer service to new and existing clients
· Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on products and services
· Review and assess applications for underwriting
· Process changes via EDI upload/download and insurer portals
Qualifications:
· Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Personal Lines customer service representative
· RIBO Licensed
· Highly developed customer service skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in computer applications, Microsoft Office, email
Compensation: $45-55K, 2 weeks vacation
