Office Administrator

Recruiting For Less – Our Markham based client, a leading provider of industrial refrigeration engineering design and systems integration is looking for a Office Administrator to join their growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Establish work priorities, delegate work, and ensure deadlines are met

• Coordinate and implement new office procedures from time to time

• Manage inventory of office supplies and replenish stocks

• Assemble data & prepare and present weekly and monthly reports

• Create & manage internal office protocols and procedures to ensure efficiency

• Maintain an organized and comprehensive filing system with documentation of purchases, vouchers, schedules, forecasts, reports and tracking logs

• Manage employee performance and maintain a positive office environment to strengthen team unity and productivity

• Monitor and coordinate payroll for processing

• Organize and oversee supplies, purchases, equipment upgrades and operational expenses

• Manage all administrative functions

• Manage ongoing expenses, cash flows and budgets by reconciling expenses, reviewing, and analyzing of financial results

• Purchasing Admin – issuing purchase orders, following up with vendors etc.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in office administration/accounting in a manufacturing setting

• University/College degree or CGA designated preferred

• Strong computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Simply Accounting/Sage

• Understanding of Quickbooks

• Experience with purchasing/procurement an asset

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

• Able to adapt to new processes and systems, eager to learn

Compensation: 38 – 44k, Benefits, 2 weeks vacation
