Responsibilities:
• Supervise, lead and direct all office staff
• Implement systems, policies and procedures
• Manage payroll and HR
• Control and manage financial activities, such as cash flow, accounts payable, purchases, fixed assets and insurance
• Monthly journal entries
• Issue cheques to vendors, receive deposits from customers
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of management and accounting experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office, including Excel, Work, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
