Admin Assistant / Exec Admin

Our central Toronto client, an established Real Estate Developer is looking for an Admin Assistant to help manage the office and business operations of a newly established division and assist its busy Executive.

Responsibilities:

  • Filing, bookkeeping and general office admin
  • Keep current with all project activity, managing timelines, tasks etc.
  • Draft correspondence and memos on behalf of Principal to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage schedule/travel of Principal
  • Anticipate issues and proactively initiate appropriate action to ensure the most effective use of the Principal’s time
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks, Excel and Word

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in similar role in a corporate environment, experience in real estate would be an asset.
  • A positive attitude towards teamwork and strong relational skills
  • Professionalism and ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to establish & manage priorities with a drive to complete assigned tasks
  • Accurate typing, attention to detail a must.

Compensation

  • Salary: 40 – 70k
  • Vacation: 2 weeks
