Responsibilities:
• Assemble bid packages
• Distribute, receive subcontractor bids, and compile proposals
• Coordinate project schedules
• Identify and acquire materials
• Monthly invoicing to Client
• Process change orders
• Oversee and manage multiple drywall and metal stud construction projects
• Aid and assist Field Supervision
• Coordinate and manage the construction process from start to finish
• Evaluate project specs
• Plan, coordinate, & schedule project activities to meet benchmark deadlines
• Visit project sites
• Work closely with site superintendents
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of commercial metal stud/framing and drywall experience
• 4+ years construction project management experience
• Solid experience with OST and QuickBid
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, schedules, and specifications
• Knowledge of construction budgets, scheduling, estimating, and value engineering
Compensation:
• Up to 75k commensurate with experience + bonus
