Our Concord based client, an office furniture manufacturer, is looking for a CNC Maintenance Technician.
Responsibilities:
- Perform machine maintenance in accordance with machine manufacturer specifications
- Perform daily machine and production inspections
- Enhance Quality Control Procedures for Machine Processes
- Monitor, troubleshoot and repair machines when required
- Enhance and maintain preventative maintenance procedures
- Review and implement continuous improvements across the facility
- Assist with facilities maintenance as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with machine maintenance in a manufacturing environment
- At least 1 year of experience maintaining woodworking equipment, CNC’s and Edgebanders preferred.
- Ability to work with electronics and mechanical components is a must with relevant accreditations
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process flows is an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
Compensation
- 37 -50k Commensurate with experience
