Our Toronto client, a mid-sized industrial/commercial roofing and sheet metal company. Is looking for a Business Leader to lead their Restoration Services division. This division specializes in Concrete and Building Envelope Restoration and Waterproofing.
As this division is in development, this role is expected to wear many hats at the outset including;
- Business Development and Sales
- Job estimation and quote development
- Project Management
Contacts with sub-trades is vital for success in this role.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in building restoration services
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Provide leadership, organizational and motivational guidance to employees
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
