Our Frederick MD based client is a custom metal fabrication shop specializing in the premium quality audio and video control and connector plates, rack panels and custom devices for the Audio/Video industry. They are looking for a General Manager to oversee all operations, other than marketing/business development.
Responsibilities:
The General Manager provides strong and effective leadership and direction to achieve safety, operational, quality and financial objectives. This role champions a ‘safety first’ work culture and fosters a respectful workplace environment that engages people in achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of effective leadership in a custom precision sheet metal manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Audio/Video componentry
- Creative and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate business strategies into operational objectives and successful outcomes.
- Attentive listening skills and the ability to provide specific, timely and respectful coaching and feedback.
Compensation:
- Salary to 90k, medical/dental benefits, 401k matching
