Recruiting Coordinator (work from home after 3 – 6 months)

Our Brampton-based product research client is seeking a Recruiting & Marketing Coordinator to recruit participants for consumer product/sensory projects.  This role is responsible for the development, programming, coordination and implementation of screeners for various projects with direction from the designated Project Manager and will assist Marketing in various initiatives and projects.

 

Role Responsibilities:

Recruiting

  • Assist with developing new projects, coordinating, implementing, executing and completion of projects by ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
  • Implement Recruiting Coordinator processes and systems by following the Recruiting Coordinator Procedures Manual.
  • Develop screeners based on project-specific parameters provided by the Project Manager.
  • Update screeners based on revisions provided by the Project Manager.
  • Communicate any discrepancies or issues to the Project Manager when they arise in a timely manner.
  • Maintain project-specific recruiting sheets and schedules for Site Coordinator and Front Desk.
  • Communicate with Recruiters and Site Coordinators in satellite sites in Canada and the US to coordinate recruiting- and screener-related details.
  • Accurately and efficiently complete programming of screeners into the in-house recruiting system.
  • Monitor the project quotas throughout the recruit and during the study, and adjust as needed.
  • Conduct briefings with the Front Desk staff regarding project-specific sign-in instructions before the project begins.
  • Oversee and manage the proper execution of Front Desk duties for each project.
  • Set-up additional sessions with the Project Manager and Site Coordinator if study does not fully complete.
  • Ensure the timely completion of screeners, supplementary project documents and programming.
  • Work with Project Manager to schedule Front Desk staff on a weekly basis for upcoming projects.

 

Marketing

  • Assist and develop our client’s marketing and recruiting database by working with Director and fellow colleagues.
  • Develop and implementing social media and other marketing strategies.
  • Assist Director with developing, implementing and executing new marketing material and social media content.
  • Implement and track ongoing marketing projects.
  • Engage in weekly progress meetings to discuss required resources and requirements for upcoming projects.
  • Develop documentation to track projects and keep track of ideas.

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, spoken and written English
  • Review data and documents for spelling, grammar and accuracy, and approve before sending to the managers for approval.
  • Strong computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Open to flexible hours
  • Excellent organization, planning, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service-oriented
  • Computer skills including Word, Excel and Internet
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service-oriented
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a team-based environment
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at a time
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and oral communication
  • Ability to work flexible hours (extended weekday and occasional weekend hours)
  • High School or College diploma
  • Computer programming or IT experience an asset

 

Compensation:

  • Salary: $35K
  • Vacation: 2 weeks
  • Full Benefits, 3% RRSP contributions
