Executive Admin / Receptionist

Our North Toronto client, a busy facilities maintenance service business is looking for a pro-active, organized individual to oversee the front desk and be the executive assistant to the President.

Responsibilities:

Receptionist

  • Greet all incoming guests (Gate Keeper), answer phones, manage/maintain appointments
  • Receive all packages and distribute, open and sort mail, maintain office supply stock
  • Prepare waybills for couriers and customs documentation for all US shipments
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks, Excel and Word

Executive Admin

  • Manage schedule of President
  • Book travel and arrangements
  • Carry out tasks, projects and errands (professional and possibly personal) as required.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • A positive attitude toward teamwork and strong relational skills
  • Professionalism and ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to establish & manage priorities with a drive to complete assigned tasks
  • Accurate typing, attention to detail a must.

Compensation

  • Salary: $35,000 – $40,000
  • Vacation: 2 weeks
  • Group health and dental coverage
