Our Mississauga client, one of the premier association management companies in Canada, is in need of a Client Services Associate to coordinate administrative and operative functions of a single client or association. Our client’s business provides non-profit organizations/associations/societies full-service management in areas such as finance, administration, communications, strategic development and more.

Position Overview

This position reports to the Executive Director. The successful candidate will be required to manage and review a high volume of documents and maintain timetables and schedules using their excellent organizational, time-management and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

  • Compile, analyze, process and review applications and payments
  • Manage tracking of application throughout certification process and maintain electronic/hard copy of records of candidates in process
  • Notify applicants/candidates about eligibility decisions in writing examinations
  • Manage examination registration and results and notify candidates of results
  • Process and review recertification activities and transactions
  • Email management and response using courteous, service-oriented manner
  • Draft and coordinate correspondence, expedite urgent and confidential correspondence to appropriate individuals as needed
  • Maintain timetables and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Adhere to policies and procedures (ISO9001/ISO17024)
  • Represent and conduct in-person outreach at events (e.g. tradeshows, conferences, seminars), 1-on-1 meetings and other opportunities as needed
  • Contribute and participate in staff continuous improvement programs
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Post high school education
  • Experience in an office environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook)
  • Possess strong organizational and time-management skills with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), preferably English/French bilingual
  • Ability to work under both limited supervision and diverse team environments
  • Must be flexible/adaptable and display initiative in working on new tasks
  • Strong work ethic with positive attitude, able to work under pressure

Compensation

  • Salary: 37- 45k
  • Vacation: 2 weeks
