Executive Assistant

Our Toronto-based client, an Israel investment firm is in need of an Executive Assistant to provide support to the CEO from an administrative and project management capacity. The successful candidate should demonstrate impeccable organization and communication skills, strong professionalism and ability to learn quickly and adapt.

Responsibilities:

Calendar management and travel arrangements: Coordinate schedules, appointments, meetings, and bookings
Organize internal and external meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, room and equipment setup
Provide oversight on day-to-day operations and ongoing projects to ensure goals and deadlines are met
Represent the company professionally through all means of communication, attending to calls and following up on emails in a professional manner
Conduct basic research to enable strategic decision-making
Prepare presentations, reports, documents and correspondences
Ensure all reports, data files, and databases are properly managed and organized
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in administrative role supporting executive-level leadership
University/College degree preferred
Strong computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Salesforce
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with strong initiative
Excellent time-management skills

Compensation:

Salary: commensurate with experience
Vacation: 2 weeks
