Sales Associate – Custom Homes

Our client, a long standing custom home builder (over 40 years), is in need of a Salesperson to join their sales team serving Muskoka / Georgian Bay cottage country. Based out of our client’s Gravenhurst sales office (22.5 hrs/wk), the successful candidate has high enthusiasm with a proven sales track record. This role is ideal for individuals with experience selling home packages or large ticket items to the public.

Responsibilities:
• Seek out and pursue leads in the custom homes market by researching, prospecting, cold calling and reaching out through various channels
• Understand and capture clients’ needs and visions, provide necessary support and guidance through to closing.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a sales representative in the construction and/or real estate industry
• Self-motivated, strongly passionate about sales with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Effective verbal and written communication skills is an absolute must

Compensation:
• Salary: Commission based
